WINE SERVICES

Ozpak offer the following Wine Services to assist you in getting your wine to market.

TANK FARM

• 56 storage tanks varying from 4900 litres to 282000 litres. 
  
• 4.5 million litres capacity in total. 
  
• Individually insulated and have Nitrogen/C02 gas coverage. 
  
• All are Temperature controlled.
  
• 4 x 24,000 litre and 2 x 12,000 pressure (charmat) tanks ​

FILTRATION

• Filtration levels may vary from non-sterile Cuno 5H (2 micron) to sterile 0.45um depending on individual requirements.
• Pall crossflow 0.2µm 
• State of the art heating/cooling facilities.
• Velcorin (DMDC) dosing available on both packaging lines  
• Full winemaking facilities and services. ​

wine logistics

• Approximately 600,000 through-put per week. 
• Wine arrives on site no less than 24 hours prior to bottling. 
• Wine to be in a bottle ready state on arrival at Ozpak. 
• Unload/Load wine between 7.30am and 10pm Monday to Friday. 
• Transport/delivery requirements are confirmed no less than 1 week prior to scheduled bottling.
