Some examples of these are as follows:<br/><br/> <ul> <li>Extensive sterilisation and sanitation processes and microbiological verifications.</li> <li>Regular dissolved oxygen.</li> <li>Taste-ins on commencement of each run or following sterilisations.</li> <li>Screw cap torque and bubble testing.</li> <li>Average fill volume checks.</li> <li>Vacuity (headspace) measurement.</li> <li>In bottle vacuum checks (cork closures).</li> <li>Label gap and height checks.</li> <li>First complete carton, total inspection against work order.</li> </ul><br/> Numerous other checks are performed with the aim to provide a dependable quality assured process and thereby offer our customers peace of mind that with Ozpak their product is in safe hands.<br/><br/> We have the capability to run most Claret and Burgundy 750ml and 1.5 Litre Claret and Burgundy Glass bottles. Plus a range of other glass containers.
